It comes with a reusable spray bottle plus two vials of concentrate; simply empty one vial into the spray bottle, then fill the rest of the bottle with water. Shake thoroughly before spritzing through dry, unwashed hair (spritz enough so that your hair’s completely drenched). Let it soak in for a minimum of 10 minutes—you can leave it on overnight, too—before shampooing and conditioning your hair as usual.
