  • PR Bazaar empowers creators to monetize unused PR products and reduce waste, while giving shoppers access to trusted, discounted goods. We’re building a more sustainable beauty ecosystem—supporting creators, brands, conscious consumers, and the planet. A portion of all proceeds is donated to charity.

  • We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, and other Shop Pay–supported cards. Full payment options are shown at checkout.

  • All products on PR Bazaar are new, unopened, and unused — many are brand-new PR items received directly from the brand. We do not allow used or opened items to be sold.

    Our sellers are required to only list sealed, unused items in their original packaging. Listings that don’t meet this standard are removed, and sellers who violate our policies are banned.


  • Please email contact@prbazaar.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your item ships, we’re unable to change the address.

  • Yes! You’ll get an order confirmation email right after purchase and a tracking number once your item ships.

  • PR Bazaar is built for creators, by creators. Here’s why our marketplace is the safest and smartest way to turn overflow into income:

    • We never list your name or social handles, so your brand relationships remain private.
    • No listing fees, no shipping supply costs. We only take a small commission after your item sells.
    • You declutter, we handle the rest — including shipping materials, customer service and payouts.
    • You’re reducing product waste and helping others. Buyers can choose a charity at checkout and a portion of proceeds is donated.

    In short: you protect your brand relationships, earn passive income, and make a positive impact — all without lifting more than a box.

  • Yes! Once approved, you’ll receive a Loom video walkthrough of the seller process.

  • PR Bazaar is currently a creator-first platform focused on helping influencers resell unopened PR and closet overflow. If you're outside the creator space but aligned with our mission, you're welcome to apply.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • If you receive over $600 in gross payments via card transactions in a calendar year, PR Bazaar is required to report your earnings to the IRS and will issue you a Form 1099-K after year-end.

    Any income earned through PR Bazaar is considered self-employment income and may be subject to a 15.3% self-employment tax in addition to regular income tax.

  • We take data privacy seriously. All customer and vendor information is kept confidential and is never sold or shared. You can find our Privacy Policy here.

  • Yes. PR Bazaar is completely anonymous — we never display your name, socials, or any identifying info. This protects your brand relationships and keeps your PR partnerships confidential.

  • We allow new, unused, unopened beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle products in original packaging. No used, swatched, opened, or expired products are permitted.

  • Yes — closet clean-out items are allowed if they’re new or like-new condition. Clothing should preferrably be unworn.

  • Payouts are typically issued 3–5 business days after your item is confirmed shipped. You’ll receive an email notification once your payment is on the way.

  • Nope. We ship you eco-friendly packaging and prepaid labels — all you have to do is pack it up and drop it off.

Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. You'll receive tracking info via email once your order is on the way.

    Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

    Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

    Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

  • Shipping rates will vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100.

  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

    Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

  • We currently have a no return or cancellation policy for items purchased. All sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

  • A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

  • In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.

    In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.

    In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
