  • All products must be new, unused, and unopened. No testers, no exceptions.

  • We only allow verified sellers and strictly prohibit counterfeit products. Anything that doesn’t meet our standards is removed from the platform.

ORDERS & SUPPORT

  • We accept all major credit cards and secure checkout options available at checkout.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Currently, we only ship within US and its territories.

  • All sales are final due to the nature of the products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue.

    For missing items, once a package is marked as delivered, we recommend checking with your carrier or local delivery location. PR Bazaar is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.

SELLER LOGISTICS

  • Payouts are processed on a rolling basis after your item is delivered and confirmed.

  • Yes, sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping their items securely. However, we will provide the labels and tracking.

  • If you receive over $600 in gross payments via card transactions in a calendar year, PR Bazaar is required to report your earnings to the IRS and will issue you a Form 1099-K after year-end.
